Leland Management offers the ability to receive some forms of communication via email. The forms available are dependent upon the setup and preference of the community and may change in the future. Logging into your Leland Community Website or your Leland Resident Portal is the best way check your current settings and make any future changes.
Your personal information will be stored securely and privately, will not be provided to other vendors, will not be sold to a third party, and will not be provided to any individual outside of Leland Management and Community Representatives (Board of Directors, etc.). You may opt out of receiving any or all communication via email either by updating the settings on your online Profile page, returning an updated copy of a paper form, selecting the “unsubscribe” option on the bottom of the email when available, or by emailing unsubscribe@lelandmanagement.com will remove you from all email communications regarding emergency and community event and activities.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the resident to notify the management company of any changes of email address. Leland is not responsible if emails are not received due to setting(s) or status(es) on the recipient’s email. Leland also has the express right to bypass email settings to send physical mail for official community communications.
